Transportation

The best way to move around in this part of the Greater Montreal metropolitan area is usually driving. Many real estate listings are a rather short drive from the closest highway, such as Autoroute des Laurentides, and finding a place to park is generally easy. However, the public transit service in this city is not very frequent. Thankfully, there is the Gare Saint-Jérôme with access to the Saint-Jérôme Line. The city is served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most houses. It is inconvenient for pedestrians to navigate Saint-Jérôme since few daily errands can be run without having to use a car.

Services

Some, but not all, property owners in Saint-Jérôme will live within walking distance of one of around 20 supermarkets. Residents benefit from over 100 restaurants and cafes as well. When it comes to education, families will appreciate that wherever their home is located in Saint-Jérôme, daycares and primary schools are nearby.
