On the other hand, the public transit service in this area is not very frequent. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines. It is difficult for pedestrians to navigate East Royalty because running common errands is challenging on foot.

Reaching the closest grocery store on foot is an option for some, but not all, property owners in this part of Charlottetown. Residents are served by a few restaurants and cafes as well. Concerning education, there are no high schools and no primary schools in this part of Charlottetown. Furthermore, daycares are not very plentiful and consequently may require a long walk to get to.

East Royalty is very good for those who enjoy quiet surroundings, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour.
