A general and a specialty grocery store is always only a short walk away in Knight. Furthermore, there is generally a restaurant or cafe in close proximity, for example on Kingsway. It is also a rather short walk to a decent choice of clothing stores. In terms of education, daycares and schools are convenient to reach on foot from anywhere in this part of Vancouver.
Character
The character of Knight is exemplified by its slower-paced environment. This area is reasonably quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. Finally, accessing public green spaces is easy in the neighbourhood since there are a few of them close by for residents to visit.
