Biking is difficult in Westwood Plateau because the cycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive, and bicycling is made strenuous by the often hilly topography. Many of the houses for sale in this part of Coquitlam are located in places that are also not very suitable for walking as running common errands is difficult on foot.
