Nice 115 Acre Wood lot or Building lot for your new Home or Homestead. Would also make a great spot for a Hunting Camp or a Cottage retreat. The property has great south facing views with some nice elevations that have really great views. There is good new growth on the areas that were cut about 12 years ago. These areas have been thinned and look good. There are a few good open areas to build on, if you do not wish to clear out any trees. Property has a good road running through the property. Property has a small pond on it with a tiny brook running across the property about three quarters of the way back. You have an easy drive to Saint John on the four lane highway to Saint John(35 Minutes) and Sussex is about 15 Minutes away and it is about 7 minutes to Hampton.
