Under no circumstances are property tours, photography, or structural inspections permitted without a minimum of 48 hours' written notice to the owners, in strict accordance with the BC Residential Tenancy Act. A Designated Agent must accompany prospective buyers during all structural or unit tours. Detailed financial statements, complete tenancy profiles, and underlying rent rolls will only be released to prospective purchasers or cooperating brokerages upon receipt of a completed, commercially reasonable Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) approved by the ownership.
