Professional Experience
I was born and raised in Edmonton, with about ten years in St. Albert before I got married and moved back into the city. Before real estate I spent more than 25 years in executive customer service, including leadership roles in luxury automotive. That background taught me something I still build my business around: people remember how the process felt long after they forget the numbers. Today I am an Associate Broker with Royal LePage Noralta Real Estate, based at our Calgary Trail office in south Edmonton. I am also a licensed Property Manager and a Mortgage Associate with Dominion Lending Centres Lender Direct. That combination is uncommon in Alberta, and it matters for one practical reason. When the financing and the purchase are handled by two people who have never spoken to each other, small issues turn into deal issues. Conditions get missed. Timelines slip. When I hold both licences, I see those problems while they are still small. You are never required to use both services. Work with me on the real estate side, the mortgage side, or both. Each is offered independently, with full written disclosure, so the choice stays yours and it stays informed. Most of my work falls into three areas. First-time buyers, where the job is mostly explaining what nobody has explained yet. Relocation clients arriving in Edmonton for the first time, where I am often the first person they meet here. And investors, where the questions are about numbers, holding costs, and whether a property actually works, not whether the kitchen is nice. I also handle traditional residential sales and commercial property.
